If the properties published on our site do not meet your expectations, we will set up a personalised search, according to your criteria, and we undertake to find the property of your dreams.
Please note: When embarking on a property project, if you are seeking finance, it is essential to consult your bank before starting your search/visits.
The key word here is anticipation. Don’t wait until you have found your property and signed the sales agreement.
Sometimes sales are cancelled because buyers have not checked their borrowing capacity beforehand, and their dream turns into a big disappointment.
We have established partnerships with banks and brokers who will assist you in financing your purchase in Portugal or France.

2 – Identification and Presentation of Properties
In case of a personalised search, we identify and present to you the properties that could correspond to your criteria and budget.
If you are in France and you plan to buy in Portugal, in a first step, the presentation of the properties is done via photos, virtual visit/video.
The remote guided tour is also possible and allows you to get in touch with the real estate agent and ask your questions directly before coming to Portugal.
We organise on-site visits with one of our agents or partner agents.
3 – Drafting the purchase proposal
In case of love at first sight, we write the purchase offer, which we present to the seller.
We take care of the negotiation. Our knowledge of the market will help you to obtain your property at the best price.
If you are not convinced by the properties on offer, we will continue our search until your dream has come true.

4 – Signature of the sales agreement
Once the offer to purchase has been accepted by the seller, we will put you in touch with carefully selected partner notaries to assist us/you in drawing up the preliminary sales agreement and the deed of sale.
The preliminary sales agreement is a bilateral commitment. The seller undertakes to sell you his house or flat, and you undertake to buy it from him. It works like a reservation.
We will be present and accompany you during this stage.
